Kuai tiew moo leang… Phra Ya Trang (Noodle
with pork)

noodle’s fan, don’t miss kuai tiew moo leang.One of the most popular
noodle shop in Thailand and the best in Chantaburi. The secret
recipes come from Thai herb called “Raew” which can be found only in
Chantaburi province. It can make the soup more tasty and savory.
It stands on Phra ya Trang
road. If you take main Sukhumvit road, turn right to Lotus
supermarket. It’s about 2 km from there.
The shop has opened 30 years ago,
from generation to generation. The owner named Yai took the business
after their parents. This famous noodle shop, being the best in town,
has an excellent dish waiting for everyone to try.
While wondering why it’s
called moo leang (moo means pork in Thais), leang is one of the
traditional Thai dish which preparing by pounding the spices before
put it into the soup. However, the essential ingredient has to be “laew”,
Thai herb that mentioned before. That combination make the dish’s so
delicious.
The restaurant offers you a comfortable seat and an
excellent menu. Moreover, coffee corner’s also available as well.
