Yunnan is the southwest province of China, it is the
6th largest province of China with the area
394,000 sq. km. or 4.1% of the country.
When the army of Chiang Kaicheck army retreated from
the communist army of Mao, his army settle near Chiang Rai.
This is the place Ja Neng and Yunnan people settled in Mae
Hongsorn at Ban Mae-or , and change the name to Ban Rakthai
and they cooked the food as the legend.
Ja Neng at Ban Rakthai sells Yunnan food, braised
pork leg and bun is famous here. Another menu is Chinese
spice black chicken soup good with rice or bun.
